On March 8, International Women’s Day, a live music concert by candlelight was held at “Kapellhaus” in Baku. Throughout the evening, a carefully selected repertoire, featuring delicate interpretations of classical and contemporary pieces dedicated to women, offered an emotional musical night. The romantic atmosphere created by thousands of candles, the magical sounds of live music, and the elegant stage design transported the audience to a completely different world.
At the end, three distinguished female guests who had come from Russia to attend the concert were invited on stage: Gulnara Rahimova, President of the Caspian Business Initiative; Anastasia Shikareva, President of the World Business Alliance; and Ester Vavilonskaya, physician, psychiatrist, scientist, and Candidate of Medical Sciences. The ladies were thanked for their attention to the concert.
Then, Fuad Hüseynzade, Chairman of the Public Union for Journalists’ Support of Diaspora Activities, congratulated all women on March 8 – International Women’s Day, wishing them good health, happiness, and success in their work. Fuad Hüseynzade also expressed special gratitude to Azər Aliyev, Chairman of the Board of the German-Azerbaijani Cultural Society “Kapellhaus,” and the concert organizers, noting that such cultural projects serve to further strengthen friendship and cooperation between Azerbaijan and other countries.
In his speech, Fuad Hüseynzade also greeted the guests from Russia, emphasizing that their participation added a special charm to the musical evening.
Gulnara Rahimova, President of the Caspian Business Initiative, expressed her gratitude to the organizers for arranging such a magnificent and elegant musical evening. She noted that this concert, held on the occasion of March 8 – International Women’s Day, is a beautiful example of the value given to women’s role in society.
Gulnara Rahimova highlighted that music is one of the most powerful tools that unites people, and events like this bring together people from different countries around culture. She expressed her pleasure at participating in such an event in Baku and wished the organizers success in their future activities.
Anastasia Shikareva, President of the World Business Alliance, said in her speech that it was a great honor for her to participate in such a high-level and tastefully organized musical evening in Baku. She noted that the romantic atmosphere of the concert, the light of thousands of candles, and the enchanting sounds of live music created an unforgettable evening.
Anastasia Shikareva also emphasized the important role of women in the development of society, stating that such events are a beautiful expression of respect and admiration for women. She thanked the organizers and expressed her admiration for Azerbaijani culture.
Ester Vavilonskaya, physician, psychiatrist, scientist, and Candidate of Medical Sciences, said that music is one of the most powerful art forms that affects the human soul. She noted that such concerts not only provide aesthetic pleasure but also bring spiritual comfort and positive energy.
Ester Vavilonskaya expressed her satisfaction with participating in such a wonderful event and praised the hospitality of the Azerbaijani people. She thanked the concert organizers and all participants.
Later, Fuad Hüseynzade, on behalf of the Public Union for Journalists’ Support of Diaspora Activities, presented letters of appreciation to the guests on the occasion of March 8 – International Women’s Day, in recognition of their efforts to strengthen international cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia and to support public initiatives.
